1. Eligibility and accounts
NeraPOS is primarily designed for businesses, merchants, organizations and adult professionals. You must be authorized to accept these terms for yourself and the entity on whose behalf the service is used. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, assign appropriate permissions and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. Service and features
NeraPOS may include POS, inventory, accounting, reports, CRM, employees, branches, Saudi e-invoicing, optional modules and integrations. Some features depend on the plan, configuration, devices, business setup and availability of third-party providers. We may improve, modify or replace features while taking reasonable steps to avoid materially disrupting a paid service.
3. Trial, subscriptions and payments
A 14-day free trial is available to eligible new customers subject to registration conditions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Current public prices are shown on the Pricing page. Checkout displays the selected plan, billing period, price, fees and applicable taxes before payment; the checkout and issued invoice are the final reference for the amount due. HyperPay and participating payment providers process electronic payments.
Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access is provided for the purchased period and continuation requires payment for the next period. Non-payment may result in expiry or suspension without a separate cancellation fee.
4. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
The service is primarily business-focused. Where Saudi consumer-protection and E-Commerce Law rights apply to a particular transaction, mandatory consumer rights remain effective and are not excluded by these terms.
As applicable, this may include a consumer’s right to rescind an electronic-service contract and recover payment within seven days where the service has not been used or benefited from, subject to statutory exceptions, and the right to cancel if delivery or performance is delayed by more than fifteen days beyond the contract/agreed date where the statutory rule applies, subject to force-majeure and other applicable exceptions.
After the service has been used or benefited from, paid fees are normally non-refundable unless a mandatory legal right applies or NeraPOS approves a qualifying service issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
5. Business data and customer responsibilities
The customer remains the owner of business data entered into NeraPOS. The customer grants the limited rights necessary to host, process, transfer, back up and display that data to provide, secure and support the service. The customer is responsible for accuracy and lawfulness of its data, necessary notices/permissions, user permissions and compliance with tax, accounting, labor, consumer and privacy requirements applicable to its business.
Personal-data processing is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Integrations and third-party services
Customers may choose to connect services such as Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, Trendyol, NeraChat and payment providers. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies and may change APIs, limits or availability outside NeraPOS control.
Google Sheets is a one-way reporting export from NeraPOS to the spreadsheet chosen by the administrator; spreadsheet edits are not imported into NeraPOS. Trendyol availability depends on seller-issued credentials, marketplace activation and completion of current provider acceptance requirements.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, introduce malware, bypass security/permissions, access another customer’s data, abuse APIs, send unlawful communications or process data you are not authorized to use. NeraPOS and its licensors retain their rights in software, designs, trademarks and documentation; a subscription grants only a limited right to use the service during the authorized period.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risk or legal requirement.
After the trial or paid period ends, the account may become inactive. Customers should export information they need before access ends. The retention and cleanup rules described in the Privacy Policy apply, while records that must be preserved by law may be retained for longer.
9. Liability
The customer remains responsible for business, accounting and tax decisions, business configuration, user permissions and verification of reports before reliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits arising from customer configuration, unauthorized account use, inaccurate customer data or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these terms when the service, law or operations change. The updated version will be published at this URL with an effective date and any notice required by law. An update will not retroactively change the price or duration of an existing paid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes through our contact channels. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer rights, disputes are determined by the competent courts in Saudi Arabia. The Arabic version prevails in case of conflict with an English translation.
